Wanted it for traveling. I travel a lot, platinum with more than one airline and more than one hotel.

99% of the hotels have irons in the room. However, I have ruined many clothes due to the hotel iron:-( Moreover, suits and jackets shouldn't be ironed. I have a professional steamer for home and save a ton on dry-cleaning. Many times you can steam out the wrinkles instead of sending clothes to the dry-cleaners.

I don't like using tap water in my steamer, but in hotel you don't have much of a choice.

Pro:
The water turns to steam in about 1 or 2 minutes. It's fast.

Con:
It holds enough water for about 2 shirts. OK, not fair to call this a con since I knew it was a travel steamer and therefore small.

So you pour the water in, steam a shirt or two, turn it off, unplug it, wait 5 minutes, put more water in, and repeat.

I have never used a hand held steamer before not really believing that they could do what they say but was happily surprised at the results. When I first received the product I was really skeptical mainly because there was really nothing to it, the reservoir was very small and spout or the end at which the steam would come out seemed entirely too simple to do what the company said it would do. So when I received it like all men with gadgets I had to play with it. I didn’t have anything I needed to steam so I filled to max fill line even though in the direction it says not too fill past and for a good reason. It took roughly 30 seconds if that for the water to boil and for the steam to start flowing through the end. I have been burned by a tea kettle when I reached over it but the steam was billowing from the small hole at the top. With this steamer it wasn’t really shooting out but a steady flow. I later used it on a wrinkled shirt and was extremely surprised out how well the product did although I used a filled steamer for just half it did the job and definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not trying to be offensive but when I first got the product it looked brittle and I thought no way that this thing is going to get wrinkles out or even bring water to a boil without melting. I’ve used it over a dozen times in the week that I’ve got it and it is still running strong with no sign any damage I’m not sure if it was in the directions because I usually only glance at them but I filled it the first time with tap water and like many areas the tap water here in south western Oklahoma is extremely hard and I made the mistake of leaving a small amount after the first use in the container and when I went to use it the next time I saw a milky substance and deposits around the heating element. The deposits came off with little effort in scrubbing with a paper towel. All-in-all the product outdid itself and for a travel size is perfect even in a camping environment for boiling water. This product was purchased with a discount code.

Excellent steamer. I've never used a steamer before but this was perfect for travel, and I will be using it at home, as well! Heats up fast and holds enough water to steam one to two garments depending on size and thickness, but this is a travel size so I wasn't expecting to steam a bunch of clothes at once. Great product.

Put my new drapes in my steam dryer and hung them, but they were still really wrinkled. This did a great job of getting the the wrinkles out. Doesn't need to cool down before you can refill and continue.

Great little steamer. Well worth the price.Purchased it for a three week vacation. Doesn't take up much room. Heats up quick but you can't wait to use on clothes as it run out of water quickly . Worked great on poly blends but it was slow to take out wrinkles on 100% cotton.

This has saved my mind from sure insanity! I am not a fan of ironing, and this little gadget is not only compact, but heats up in less than 1 minute! As a NON-morning person, fast is key! I can now pick out an outfit to wear to work instead of passing it over due to wrinkles! One minute later, I'm steaming up a storm, and look like a million bucks.
A word of caution- the steam is hot, and the warning to avoid contact is a good warning lol. Yep- found out the hard way. But hey, I looked good!

Had a little problem with my first purchase where the plug did not fit in any of the standard US outlets. I contacted Whole Solutions Group, who responded promptly and sent me another one. This one works superbly. It's a nice, lightweight steamer that fixes wrinkle problems easily. Although not of iron-press quality, it is a quick fix to your garments to make it very presentable. A single fill can steam two pieces of clothing at most, but it works really well. Highly recommended

I received the HAUS Fabric Steamer, and am TOTALLY a satisfied customer with this product and seller. Received it promptly! This steamer is SO much better then having an iron & ironing board, that takes up a lot of storage. I would definitely recommend this seller! NO problems at all!!

My wife is unable to iron anymore and she doesn't want me to wear wrinkled shirts----She wanted me to have this so, since it's exactly what she wanted me to have, I'm completely satisfied having it.
